Complete the Assessment

Once you’ve requested your access key, you can register your access key start answering questions about your 401k plan. Don’t have time to complete all the questions in one sitting? No problem, you can work at your own pace and log back on when you’re ready to finish. And if you get stuck or aren’t sure of how to answer a question, you can call or chat online with our support team.  We recommend you have a copy of your most recent 408(b)(2) and any other service provider agreements available to refer to as you answer the CRPA questionnaire.

 Fiduciary Training You Can Use

After completing the assessment, 401(k) CRPA will provide you with documentation supporting that you are taking steps to oversee your plan and acting in the best interests of your participants. Your CRPA report will show if your plan meets or exceeds Best In Class, or not. If not, your options may be to negotiate with current service providers, or consider changing some or all of your current service providers.
